What TILC Delivers with QloApps

QloApps is an open-source hotel management and reservation platform covering property management, online booking, channel integration, and front-office operations. TILC implements, configures, integrates, customises, and supports QloApps deployments — we do not own or author the platform.

Deployment and Configuration

TILC installs QloApps in your hosting environment, configures room types, rate plans, availability calendars, and tax settings to reflect your property’s structure and pricing model.

Channel and Booking Integration

We connect QloApps to online travel agencies (OTAs), payment gateways, and your existing website booking flow so that availability and reservations stay synchronised without manual reconciliation.

Customisation

Where standard QloApps features do not meet your operational requirements — custom reports, additional modules, or UI adjustments — TILC extends the platform without modifying core code where possible.

Training and Support

TILC provides front-desk and administrator training, operational documentation, and ongoing support including upgrades, issue resolution, and performance tuning as your property’s needs evolve.
