What TILC Delivers with ERPNext

ERPNext is an open-source enterprise resource planning platform covering accounting, inventory, procurement, HR, CRM, manufacturing, and project management. TILC implements, configures, integrates, customises, and supports ERPNext deployments — we do not own or author the platform.

Implementation and Configuration

We work with your team to map your business processes to ERPNext’s module structure, configure workflows, set up chart of accounts, define user roles and permissions, and migrate data from your existing systems.

Integration

TILC connects ERPNext to third-party services your business relies on — payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and communication tools — using ERPNext’s REST API and custom apps where standard connectors are unavailable.

Customisation

Where standard ERPNext modules do not cover your specific requirements, TILC builds custom doctypes, reports, scripts, and print formats to extend the platform without forking core code.

Training and Support

After go-live, TILC provides administrator training, end-user documentation, and ongoing support — including version upgrades, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
